Artwork: Camera-ready art is required to perform digitizing and is to be provided by customer. Stationary, business cards, or art sent by fax are not considered “camera-ready art.” Art charges of $75/hour will apply if camera-ready art is not furnished.
Approval: Pre-production samples are provided for each new embroidery design. All designs must be approved in writing prior to production. Cancellations: No cancellations will be accepted for finished merchandise. Cancellations made prior to production will be billed for all charges incurred up that date. No orders may be cancelled once garments are in production. Cancellations must be confirmed in writing or by fax.
