This process was developed to print full color (Four Color Process) images using standard spot color plastisol inks. This process achieves a broad range of colors and smooth blends for a more photographic result. Simulated Process uses special white under basing techniques to matte down the fabric, creating an extremely smooth and soft surface on which to print. The benefit of this technology is the ability to print on all fabric colors, including black, with the same screens. This process produces a stable fade resistant image that remains bright and vibrant thru continued wearings and washings.

Approval: Pre-production samples are provided for each new embroidery design. All designs must be approved in writing prior to production. Cancellations: No cancellations will be accepted for finished merchandise. Cancellations made prior to production will be billed for all charges incurred up that date. No orders may be cancelled once garments are in production. Cancellations must be confirmed in writing or by fax.
